This particular unit was the priciest one offered new by the resort in 2006, as it is a top floor end unit, with beautiful / valley views, as well as direct view of the mile one quad and the summit of the mountain. This quarter share was never put into the rental pool by the current (original) owners and therefore is likely one of few with NO HST!!! There are other more affordable units in the LOOK-OUT COMPLEX, but if want the best one, this is a msut see!!!. The cheapest is not always the best value. |
